What's really cool...

...is when your 12-year-old saves his money all year long to buy this...

...which includes this...

...and two of these....,

...and he and his sister set it up themselves, like this...

...and four kids have four hours on a summer day of "something to do"!

Kid Quip of the Day:
If you're still with me, you get to read it. Lucky you...

What the 16-year-old boy said to me after I asked if I could take a picture of his chocolate milk for my blog...
"Mother, you are getting weirder and weirder. This blogging thing is messing you up."

  3. I love that he think your blog is messing you up! I personally enjoy reading all the funny “mom” things you write about. It’s true though after I started blogging now when I take pictures people ask me “is this going to be on your blog.” Love the band!

How much fun is that for them, and hours of entertainment! Good for mom! You get to listen!
There's stranger things to take pictures of then his chocolate milk! You need to tell him that! And tell him he'd better watch out cause you never know what'll be next!

My hubby has been teasing me about taking pictures of things-then the camera died, and HE was a little upset we couldn't document our canning (actually freezing:)!
