Thanks a million! I wasn't going to do tomato sauce this year even though I used tons because it was so much work last year. I really appreciate your taking the time to post this super easy recipe! I will definitely make use of your method.

So Jen, was this your premier for your own cooking show? ;-} You looked the part, what with your swaying dangling earrings, and a white jacket, WHILE making tomato sauce!!! Mine would have become a "splatter print" jacket somehow during the process!!
ReplyDeleteAnd bravo for attempting this while the twins were not "lost", could hear their voices in the background ;-p
Your selling the mixers, blogging, organist at your local church group, a mom with 8 1/2 kids to home, toy tester, .... anythng else?
This made my day!!
ReplyDeleteAnd you looked fabulous :0)
Hugs,
C
What a great yummy tackle:-)
ReplyDeleteHello! I was just poking around blogland and landed here! Thought I'd say hi! I'll have to try that sauce for sure. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm totally going to steal some of your vegan recipes. I'm not a vegan, but I'm always open to trying new, healthy, delicious recipes.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of which, here's an excellent vegan chocolate cake recipe - it's a cinch to make and comes out ever so moist and delicious:

Perfect! I love my vita mix too. I am definitely doing the sauce! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHow fun that you made a video. Good for you!!
ReplyDeleteLove it! I am going to have to try this ASAP :)
ReplyDeleteAnd you are super cute, no fat, cute! and prego, which makes you even cuter! :)
Mama Bean, you totally, TOTALLY made my day!
ReplyDeleteHello, this was my first visit to your blog-nice video! I was very impressed that you tackled tomato sauce without an apron, lol. I wonder if I could make the sauce using my processor? I doubt it though...I'm thinking it wouldn't munch up the seeds. Maybe process and then strain. No...to thick. I need a vita mix blender!
ReplyDeleteYou did a very nice job with the video. We have another Martha in the making :-). I hope you are having a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a GREAT job on the video...
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the recipe.
