  1. I linked up a recipe for a cold bean salad that is cheap and easy and so tasty. It is keeping me on track not only insofar as my caloric intake, but my budget as well.

  2. Jen, I was just wondering about raw foods. I'm not sure under what temp. raw is considered, but when I bake bread I bake it until the internal temp is 180. Does that count?

  3. Salsa, I believe that raw foods must be somewhere below the 116 deggree mark. I'm not sure about that, though. However, I do think that 180 is too high to be considered raw.
