Dogs: A springer spaniel mix. I used to love dogs, until I became a mom. Now they seem like just one more entity to clean up after.

Nicknames: Nerner, because I couldn't say Jennifer when I was a baby. Only one person calls me that, though, and I used to hate it, but since I've grown to love him, I've grown to love it.

Overnight Hospital Stays: Baby deliveries

Pet Peeve: When people form an opinion of others before getting to know them

  4. You don't like kale??!! Well, I need you to try this recipe.
    1) Tear up the kale into 2-3" pieces
    2) Drizzle with olive oil, a tiny pit of lemon juice
    3) Put in 350 degree oven for 12-20 minutes
    4) Sprinkle salt on the crunchy little delights
    5) Eat! It's like eating healthy potato chips.

    (Make sure you use more kale than you think you need, because it shrinks quite a bit)
