I know I could probably find it easily by searching, but just quickly since you do this daily, what are the easiest and tastiest ways to add protein to your vegan diet. I am beginning a juice fast (with lots of fruits and veggies) but want to make sure the protein is still there since exercise is a huge part of this as well for me. Thanks for any ideas!
