What are some of your New Year's resolutions? I would really like to know. Inspire me!
I resolve to face challenges with faith in God's Big Picture, especially when I have no idea what the big picture is.
ReplyDeleteI resolve to strengthen my self by drawing closer to my Heavenly Father through deeper prayer, and more diligent scripture study.
I resolve to care better for my body.
I resolve to do all these things, both for myself, and so that I may better care for my family.
I love your 3-year-old boy resolutions and wish he get them, for the twins' sake.
ReplyDeleteI've never made, a new year resolution, and think I never will ;-)
chibbylick, those are beautiful resolutions...
ReplyDeleteAlessandra, as usual, your comment made me laugh. "For the twin's sake"....definitely!
I'm pleased!....where is our "common friend"?
ReplyDeletelove it!!!!
ReplyDeleteMy basic ones are to determine if baby #5 is meant to be or not. If not, lose the weight that I lost and regained. And, also like you- to read scriptures daily and to talk nicer to my family. :)
My only resolution is to post 365 blessings on my blog. There's much more I'd like to accomplish this year (many similar to yours), but I'm putting my trust in God that if I recognize Him every day, He will help with the rest.
ReplyDelete*to not be afraid of lead climbing
ReplyDelete*to take voice lesson, dance classes, and/or join a choir
*follow my "gut instincts" more often
Great resolutions. I see the 7 year old girl is a lot like her mom with lots of plans for the new year. ;)
ReplyDeleteMy resolution this year is to take action to be happier. I've planned out the year, with a different focus on each month, January is "spend more time with my kids".
Wishing you accomplishment Jen! Remember, if at first you don't succeed, try, try again .... !!!
ReplyDeleteMe and the 3 yr old have a lot in common. My new years resolution also has to do with not kicking, punching, or pushing babies. I figured I'd set a goal that was easily attainable for me. Success! LOL
ReplyDeleteI like Christy's idea of 365 blessings on her blog this year. I may have to try that.
ReplyDeleteMy resolution this year is to free up my schedule to (finally) start teaching the kids to play the piano.
And the resolutions of your 3-year-old are priceless! :)
I love it!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd as a newly-called Gospel Doctrine teacher, I'd just like to say thank you thank you thank you for resolving to read the Sunday school lesson.
Love the three year olds resolution...LOL too cute!
ReplyDeleteGood for you for making goals and thinking about ways to improve. I need to sit down and write mine down so I will be reminded frequently.
Happy New Year
