It was splendid, though. I made a batch of dark chocolate and one of vanilla, some fresh strawberry sauce to pour over it, chopped up some macadamia nuts and dumped all this on top of a sliced banana. At lunch time, I ate with it with a dear friend and her parents with the babies deperately pulling at my pants for more and more spoonfuls. Daily feature (on most days)- What I ate today, in case you care...
Breakfast: Homemade almond butter and raw honey sandwich on whole wheat bread with psyllium husks for fiber bulk
-a glass of almond milk
Lunch: Picked at chick pea sprouts sauteed in avocade oil and sea salt,
-carrots with macadamia hummus dip,
-fresh cucumber slices with lime and sea salt,
-one and a half banana splits made with vegan vanilla and chocolate ice cream, fresh strawberry sauce, a banana (of course) and chopped macadamia nuts
Dinner: A veggie burger on a white bun (bad) with ketchup, vegenaise, spinach, tomatoes and pickles
-a small bowl of vegan ice cream with fresh strawberry sauce
