What do you think happens to people when they die?
Anonymous, I believe that our spirit leaves our body, and enters the spirit world. At some point, we will be judged by our works, whether they were good or evil, by a merciful and just Heavenly Father, and we will then live in a suitable kingdom. Mormons believe that these kingdoms are called kingdoms of glory, and that they all, including the lowest kingdom, are better than earth. That is a pretty general answer, but if you would like more detail, I would be happy to answer anything more specific you may have. Thanks for your question!
