As you may already know, I have returned from our trip to Mazatlan with something for YOU! In a previous post, I asked for your ideas as to what souvenir I should bring back for you. Here's a hint: Normally, on any vacation, I would purchase several of these, but because I have six-month-old twins, they all too often get ruined.
Still not sure what it is?
Okay, fine, no more hints. Here it is...
This is a piece from the Micheal Gallery in Mazatlan. It is an antique silver and natural pearl combination that can be worn either as a necklace or a broach. I loved it because it could dress up a white button down shirt with jeans or add just the right sparkle to your favorite little black dress. I hope you like it!
By the by, if you haven't written your homemaking post, you have three full days to do it yet! The contest will close at 12:00 AM August 16th, so hurry and submit your entries! Remember you can submit as many as you would like, just make sure you go HERE or click on the graphic at the top of the blog to review the rules and leave me, in the comment form, the address where I can find your post. I will announce the randomly drawn winner at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August the 16th, so good luck everyone!
Let's get blogging!

Oh.....how beautiful.... you are going to pull MY name, right?? :)
What a gorgeous necklace, I'd love to win it! We were in Mazatlan earlier this year, it really is a beautiful city. Please enter me for your necklace/brooch.
DANG I wish I had something I could post about so I could enter! That is SO PRETTY! MAYBE I can figure out something! I'll think about it!
That's awesome... I love it.
So how about I couldn't ever figure anything out to blog to enter your contest! lol That sounds RIDICULOUS considering everything I've made recently, but I'm so far from expert that it's almost embarrassing to show pictures of my stuff right now! lol Well, plus here it is 1:15 on Friday ... technically Saturday the 16th.. so, I could have thrown something together if I had been using my computer this week instead of my sewing machine! LOL
